  Won't help because my service was with Charter cable which they bought out. Had to drive 75+ miles to a spectrum/charter store. They said the two businesses had not combined customer info. My bill says Spectrum but spectrum couldn't find me in their system. Wonder how they found me to bill me???

  If I could give no stars, I would. The worse company ever. I have had them for a little over a month now and have had to call every other day to get something fixed. Have had five techs out, 2 new boxes and still having problems. And on top of that when asked for a good compensation, they give me 30.00 dollars off my bill. This is crazy and ridiculous. They need to be closed down.. permanently..
